How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel whenever you want, without giving a reason. Your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid. Canceling does not delete your account or your data.
In detail
- Open your case receipt and press Manage or cancel.
- In the secure Stripe portal you can cancel, change your card or see your charges.
- After the paid period, your space becomes read-only: you see your history, Logbook and formulas, but photo recalibration and weather alerts are turned off.
