Bulk testing of the full formula

This is NOT a separate simulator: it runs the same real, protected path that "Create case" already uses in the Sandbox (SandboxProtectedWorkflowService), which builds a full formula with the real production pieces — Foundation25Engine, ModuleCombinationEngine, MotherFormulaArchitectureEngine, MaximumPotentializationEngine — many times in a row, with a random crop, stage, environment and number of plants each time. The only pieces substituted are the three that "Create case" already substitutes today so as not to touch the database or deliver anything operational.

Configure the run

Fixed limit: the server never runs more than 300 tests per run, and it also cuts itself short if the full batch runs for more than 25 seconds actually running — because building a complete formula is much heavier than a simple risk diagnosis (here thousands of internal module combinations are run for each test). That is why this cap is in the hundreds, not thousands.
What changes between tests? product (Yolia 40 or Laboratory), specialty, plant stage, environment type, irrigation, water source, number of plants (1 to 5,000), available hours and intensity sought. Everything else runs the real engine with no tricks or data invented by this fuzzer.
