🧭
The problem

What solves

A program with many cooperatives usually decides with dispersed and old data. Here they come together, with their origins and their confidence on display.

🖐️
your part

what do you do

You link cooperatives, define zones, adjust your own assumptions and decide with the recommendations and the report.

⚙️
Yolia's part

What does Yolia do?

Project harvests, add losses anonymously, estimate the economic impact and leave each report with its mark in a chained log.

Before hiring

Two rules to take care of your plants

These two rules also apply to the cooperatives and farmers in your program: their cultivation in Yolia must be in soil or substrate, and they should test before applying to their entire lot.

🧪
Up to 3 floors

Try first

We calculate the formula for your lot; You apply it first to up to 3 plants and see. Especially in orchids, roses, tulips and WOW Flowers.

🌱
No water systems

Just soil or substrate

Hydroponics, aeroponics and soilless cultivation cannot be done with Yolia: the preparations are living things and the water carries everything to all the roots.

🤝
Care first

We take care of your plants like your money

We tell you what to try and how. You decide when to expand, with what you saw in your own plants.

Important

Trying first and growing only in soil or substrate is not a formality: it is what keeps your plants safe. Yolia recommends; The decision and application are yours.

The two rules of care

Choose a rule and open up each point: what it is, why it exists and how to apply it.

We take care of your plants like you take care of your money

Yolia is made to take care of your crop, and your plants are worth it. We calculate the formula for your entire batch (minimum 10 plants; Resin & Trichomes, 1 to 10), but you apply it to a few plants first and see how they respond.
Up to 3 floors
The ideaEach variety, climate, substrate and hand respond differently. A well-calculated formula is still a recommendation, and you are the one who applies it.
What you earnYou see the real effect in a few plants before compromising the others.
What you avoidDiscover a problem with 3 plants and not hundreds.
Recommended
High value plantsOrchids, roses, tulips, WOW Flowers and any expensive plant that is difficult to replace or has a long cycle.
Large lotsAny batch of more than a few dozen plants, even if the species is cheap: an error multiplied by hundreds of plants costs a lot.
in a sentenceThe better what you grow, the more sense it makes to try first.
Step 1Prepare the complete formula of your batch, as indicated by Yolia (minimum 10 plants; Resin & Trichomes, from 1 to 10).
Step 2Choose up to 3 healthy plants that are similar to the rest: same age, same substrate and same light. Apply it only to those, with the volume per plant that Yolia indicates.
Step 3Leave the others untreated while you observe, for comparison. Whatever is left over from the preparation, save or discard according to its storage instructions.
Step 4Write down dates, changes and photos in your log. Review within the deadlines that Yolia indicates.
Step 5If you answered correctly, you apply to the rest of the batch. If not, you adjust before it happens to more plants.
No extra feeThere is no separate test plan nor is the test paid for separately: you contract the plan that covers your lot and the test is the way to apply it, first to a few plants.
Minimum of plantsThe minimum is 10 plants per file: with less, the dose per plant is so small that it cannot be measured well. From 10 plants, Yolia Piloto costs from US$12 per month.
To expandWhen you want to upgrade to more plants, you choose the package that covers the actual number of your lot.
HonestyA test reduces risk, not eliminates it. Yolia does not guarantee results in cultivation nor does it replace your judgment and observation.
Natural is not synonymous with risk-freeThe preparations use ingredients of natural origin, but any intervention on a live plant can have unexpected effects.

Yolia works with soil and substrate, not with water systems

Hydroponics, aeroponics and any soilless cultivation (roots in water or nutrient solution) cannot be done with Yolia. It is a security decision.
No hydroponics or aeroponics
root zoneDirect soil, growing bed or raised bed, pot or container with soil, growing bag and substrates with organic matter (for example soil with compost, peat with compost, coconut fiber with compost or bark).
EnvironmentsOpen field, outdoors, greenhouse or controlled indoors, as long as the roots are in soil or substrate.
Allowed
HydroponicsRoots in water or nutrient solution, with or without recirculation.
AeroponicsRoots suspended and nebulized with solution.
Any system without soil or substrateIf the crop lives only on water and dissolved nutrients, Yolia is not for that system.
Not available
What they containYolia preparations use natural ingredients and several are fermented or macerated: they have live microorganisms and substances with natural plant hormonal action, such as cytokinins.
In soil or substrateThe soil distributes, retains and cushions these effects.
What happens in a water systemIn a recirculating or nebulized system, what goes into the solution reaches all the plants in hours.
The riskIf something is contaminated or the dose is exceeded, there is no soil to retain it or dilute it: the entire crop can be lost, not a plant. Additionally, microorganisms can clog pumps, drippers or nebulizers.
That's whyWe prefer not to offer something we cannot do for sure.
How it is madeSoil, drainage, water and root calculations start from soil or substrate. Yolia does not have a validated version for soilless nutrient solutions.
What to doDo not apply Yolia formulas in that system.
If you have another part of the cropThe part that is in soil or substrate can use Yolia.
RuleThese two rules also apply to the cooperatives and farmers in your program: their cultivation in Yolia must be in soil or substrate, and they should test before applying to their entire lot.

Harvest calendar and projected supply

For each crop of the farmers who agreed to share: how much would be harvested and in what month. It is an estimate for planning, not an exact forecast.
in pilot
How to put it togetherArea by yield, located in the month in which the harvest is estimated according to the declared stage and the typical duration of the cycle.
what do you seeProjected production for 12 months, its value at the reference price, the peak month, how many farmers share and how many crops are included in the calculation.
Dear
what do you seeA month-by-month table with production, value and main crops, which you can download in CSV.
What is it for?See in advance when the harvest is concentrated to stagger sowing, hire before or prepare storage.
TransparencyYolia tells you which crops did not enter the calculation and why: no surface area, no stage, or expired harvests that no one updated.
expired cropsThose that should have already been harvested are accommodated in the current month; If many weeks have passed without updating, they are excluded so as not to distort.
what do you doYou capture your own yield and your price per crop. What you leave empty uses the general reference.
OriginWhat you write is marked as Declared and replaces the reference.
another currencyIf you work in another currency there is no reference price: without your price, that crop is not valued.
Declared
HonestyConfidence is low if almost everything uses benchmark returns and average if most uses the ones you captured. It is never high: it depends on the declared stage and the climate of the cycle.
Dear

What crops would each area support?

Two questions: how concentrated is the planting in a few crops? And what crops would each area support that no one plants today?
in pilot
What is itA concentration index that says whether the planting depends on a few crops (concentrated), is in the middle or is diversified.
How to measureBy surface when captured; If there is almost none, by number of farmers per crop, and it tells you.
Dear
what do you doYou describe each area with what you know: altitude, average annual temperature, annual rainfall and soil pH, with at least three of those pieces of information (two if the area is irrigated).
Data originMarks “Measured” only if it comes from a station, laboratory or analysis; If it is local knowledge, you leave it as Declared.
MeasuredDeclared
what do you seeBy area, a list of crops with their suitability, what limits them the most and how many farmers already plant them.
HonestyIt is a clue based on general ranges, not a diagnosis. Validate with a local agronomist and test on pilot plots before promoting a crop.
Dear

How much is lost in the region and where

If three or more cooperatives agree to share their aggregate data, you see a regional shrinkage number. You never see a separate cooperative.
in pilot
What is itThe percentage of product that was lost compared to what was received, adding the cooperatives that share.
Minimum of cooperativesAt least 3 cooperatives with registrations are needed; If not, Yolia says it still can't show a regional number.
HonestyIt is a minimum: only what the cooperatives registered counts. The loss on the plot before harvest is not measured here.
Measured
what do you seeThe distribution of waste by stage: in the field, collection, packaging, warehouse or cold storage, transportation and delivery to the customer.
What is it for?Attack first the stage where you lose the most.
what do you seeTwo tables with cooperatives that contribute, received and loss, by crop and by region.
PrivacyThey are mixed numbers; no cooperative appears alone.
switchEach cooperative has a switch that comes off. Only she turns it on.
What happens if notWithout your permission, do not access any regional number.

How much does it cost to reduce waste?

It starts from the projected production and the losses, and tells you how much money is lost today and how much would be recovered with a program.
in pilot
what do you seeThe projected production, what is estimated to be lost today and the value of that loss.
When data is missingIf there are still not enough measured losses, use a reference loss by crop type and mark it as Assumption.
DearAssumption
what do you doYou write how much you think shrinkage would be reduced and what part of production the program would adopt.
what do you seeA prudent scenario, a base one and an optimistic one of what would be recovered.
HonestyYou set the percentages: they are hypotheses to decide, not promises or predictions.
Assumption
what do you seeA table per crop with production, loss, what is lost and its value.
What is it for?Choose which crop to start a program with.

What should be done first

Simple rules about your data that turn on themselves when they detect something. Each recommendation brings its evidence, its origin and its trust.
in pilot
ConcentrationToo many farmers depend on a single crop, or the acreage is highly concentrated.
SeasonA single season concentrates the harvest.
WasteRegional losses are high, or there is still a lack of cooperatives that share.
OpportunitiesCrops with good aptitude that no one plants in an area.
Data qualityFew farmers have authorized sharing, basic data is missing or cases have not been updated.
PriorityHigh, medium, opportunity or “to complete”, ordered from most urgent to least.
EvidenceIt always shows you the numbers it is based on.
Origin and trustIt bears its seal of origin and its level of trust.
HonestyWith insufficient data, no rule is activated. Yolia does not invent recommendations to fill the screen.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what government programs ask the most.

What almost everyone asks first

6 questions
AnswerFor those who coordinate a program with several cooperatives: a mayor's office, a district, a secretariat or a region. You link the cooperatives and see the overall picture.
AnswerYes: each cooperative has its own panel and its own data. You link them through the email of their manager, and they decide what they share with you.
AnswerSummary, registration of cooperatives, territory, file and log are already in the panel. Harvests, vocation, regional losses, impact, recommendations and executive report are in pilot: they are activated by program. Write to us and we'll light them up for you.
AnswerYes. The Municipal package covers up to 5 cooperatives. Regional losses require at least 3 cooperatives that share data.
AnswerIt gives you an organized overview, with the origin and confidence of each figure. Estimates are for planning, not forecasts, and the decisions are yours.
AnswerYes: the territory, harvest calendar and log are downloaded in CSV, and the executive report is printed or saved as PDF.

who sees what

6 questions
AnswerNo. You do not see lots, orders, prices, charges or settlements from any cooperative. You see figures from your program and, in losses, mixed numbers.
AnswerOnly what the farmer agreed to share. Its formula and preparation are private, and the panel does not show the exact point of its cultivation.
AnswerSo that no regional number can be attributed to a single cooperative. With less than 3, Yolia does not show the figure.
AnswerEach report saves its SHA-256 fingerprint in the chained log, and the verification checks whether something in the medium changed.
AnswerEach figure is stamped: Measured, Declared, Estimated, Assumed, or “Data missing” when there is insufficient information.
AnswerYes, whenever you want. Turn off the switch and stop accessing regional numbers.

How much does it cost and what does it include?

4 questions
AnswerFrom US$500 per month (up to 5 cooperatives) to US$3,000 per month (up to 80). In Plans you see the complete table.
AnswerThe number of cooperatives and farmers per cooperative. The panel and its tools are the same.
AnswerEach cooperative has its own package. When linked to your program, their farmer limit is the lower between that of their package and that allowed by yours per cooperative.
AnswerYolia activates and invoices your package directly with you. Write to us and we will agree.

Try first and grow in soil or substrate

9 questions
AnswerBecause each variety, climate and substrate responds differently. By applying it first to up to 3 plants in the batch you see the real effect before treating them all; It is especially important in high-value plants such as orchids, roses, tulips and WOW Flowers.
AnswerNo. There is no trial plan or extra charge: you contract the plan that covers your lot (minimum 10 plants; Resin & Trichomes, from 1 to 10) and apply first to up to 3 of those plants.
AnswerYolia is designed for plots of 10 plants or more: the engine calculates in reference blocks of 10 plants and thus monitoring with control plants is more useful. The exception is Resina & Trichomas Lab, which supports 1 to 10 plants. If you have less than 10 plants of another crop, you can explore for free in the Sandbox.
AnswerNo: it is a strong recommendation. You decide and you apply. Yolia explains how to do it and what to look for.
AnswerNo. Yolia is only for growing in soil or substrate. In water systems, contamination or excess reaches all plants in hours, and Yolia preparations are living things.
AnswerBecause the preparations use ferments, macerates and natural plant hormonal action substances. In the soil or substrate they are distributed and cushioned; in a circulating solution, no. Yolia also does not have a version validated for soilless systems.
AnswerYes, if it is a substrate with organic matter (for example coconut fiber with compost, peat with compost or bark). If the roots live only on water and dissolved nutrients, it is a soilless crop and Yolia is not for that system.
AnswerThe preparations use ingredients of natural origin, not synthetic chemicals. But natural doesn't mean risk-free: that's why we test first.
AnswerThese two rules also apply to the cooperatives and farmers in your program: their cultivation in Yolia must be in soil or substrate, and they should test before applying to their entire lot.
