For the cooperative

From the lot to the member's payment, in one place and with each verifiable figure

Your cooperative panel brings together your farmers, your territory and the entire product chain: collection, orders, deliveries, collections and settlement. You catch it once; everything else takes care of itself.

🧭
The problem

What solves

Today the product travels between notebooks, spreadsheets and messages. Here each step takes its data from the previous one: nothing is written twice.

🖐️
your part

what do you do

You register batches, orders, deliveries and collections. You register your partners and they decide what they share. You read the alerts and decide.

⚙️
Yolia's part

What does Yolia do?

It calculates losses, availability, transportation and what each partner has to do, and leaves each action in a chained log that can be verified.

The tour

Six steps, one thread

What you capture in one step is used by the next. This is what the complete path of your product looks like within the panel.

Before hiring

Two rules to take care of your plants

These two rules also apply to your partners: the cultivation they register in Yolia must be in soil or substrate, and they should test before applying to their entire lot.

🧪
Up to 3 floors

Try first

We calculate the formula for your lot; You apply it first to up to 3 plants and see. Especially in orchids, roses, tulips and WOW Flowers.

🌱
No water systems

Just soil or substrate

Hydroponics, aeroponics and soilless cultivation cannot be done with Yolia: the preparations are living things and the water carries everything to all the roots.

🤝
Care first

We take care of your plants like your money

We tell you what to try and how. You decide when to expand, with what you saw in your own plants.

Important

Trying first and growing only in soil or substrate is not a formality: it is what keeps your plants safe. Yolia recommends; The decision and application are yours.

The two rules of care

Choose a rule and open up each point: what it is, why it exists and how to apply it.

We take care of your plants like you take care of your money

Yolia is made to take care of your crop, and your plants are worth it. We calculate the formula for your entire batch (minimum 10 plants; Resin & Trichomes, 1 to 10), but you apply it to a few plants first and see how they respond.
Up to 3 floors
The ideaEach variety, climate, substrate and hand respond differently. A well-calculated formula is still a recommendation, and you are the one who applies it.
What you earnYou see the real effect in a few plants before compromising the others.
What you avoidDiscover a problem with 3 plants and not hundreds.
Recommended
High value plantsOrchids, roses, tulips, WOW Flowers and any expensive plant that is difficult to replace or has a long cycle.
Large lotsAny batch of more than a few dozen plants, even if the species is cheap: an error multiplied by hundreds of plants costs a lot.
in a sentenceThe better what you grow, the more sense it makes to try first.
Step 1Prepare the complete formula of your batch, as indicated by Yolia (minimum 10 plants; Resin & Trichomes, from 1 to 10).
Step 2Choose up to 3 healthy plants that are similar to the rest: same age, same substrate and same light. Apply it only to those, with the volume per plant that Yolia indicates.
Step 3Leave the others untreated while you observe, for comparison. Whatever is left over from the preparation, save or discard according to its storage instructions.
Step 4Write down dates, changes and photos in your log. Review within the deadlines that Yolia indicates.
Step 5If you answered correctly, you apply to the rest of the batch. If not, you adjust before it happens to more plants.
No extra feeThere is no separate test plan nor is the test paid for separately: you contract the plan that covers your lot and the test is the way to apply it, first to a few plants.
Minimum of plantsThe minimum is 10 plants per file: with less, the dose per plant is so small that it cannot be measured well. From 10 plants, Yolia Piloto costs from US$12 per month.
To expandWhen you want to upgrade to more plants, you choose the package that covers the actual number of your lot.
HonestyA test reduces risk, not eliminates it. Yolia does not guarantee results in cultivation nor does it replace your judgment and observation.
Natural is not synonymous with risk-freeThe preparations use ingredients of natural origin, but any intervention on a live plant can have unexpected effects.

Yolia works with soil and substrate, not with water systems

Hydroponics, aeroponics and any soilless cultivation (roots in water or nutrient solution) cannot be done with Yolia. It is a security decision.
No hydroponics or aeroponics
root zoneDirect soil, growing bed or raised bed, pot or container with soil, growing bag and substrates with organic matter (for example soil with compost, peat with compost, coconut fiber with compost or bark).
EnvironmentsOpen field, outdoors, greenhouse or controlled indoors, as long as the roots are in soil or substrate.
Allowed
HydroponicsRoots in water or nutrient solution, with or without recirculation.
AeroponicsRoots suspended and nebulized with solution.
Any system without soil or substrateIf the crop lives only on water and dissolved nutrients, Yolia is not for that system.
Not available
What they containYolia preparations use natural ingredients and several are fermented or macerated: they have live microorganisms and substances with natural plant hormonal action, such as cytokinins.
In soil or substrateThe soil distributes, retains and cushions these effects.
What happens in a water systemIn a recirculating or nebulized system, what goes into the solution reaches all the plants in hours.
The riskIf something is contaminated or the dose is exceeded, there is no soil to retain it or dilute it: the entire crop can be lost, not a plant. Additionally, microorganisms can clog pumps, drippers or nebulizers.
That's whyWe prefer not to offer something we cannot do for sure.
How it is madeSoil, drainage, water and root calculations start from soil or substrate. Yolia does not have a validated version for soilless nutrient solutions.
What to doDo not apply Yolia formulas in that system.
If you have another part of the cropThe part that is in soil or substrate can use Yolia.
RuleThese two rules also apply to your partners: the cultivation they register in Yolia must be in soil or substrate, and they should test before applying to their entire lot.

Everything included in the cooperative panel

Choose a tab and open each point: what it is, what you do and what Yolia does for you.

Summary of your cooperative

The first thing you see when you enter: how many partners you have, how many crops, how many formulas have been generated and what requires your attention today.
Your board
What is itA summary with the number of farmers, cases and formulas generated by your partners, and your current package with its limit.
what do you doNothing: it is armed only with what your farmers have already captured.
What does Yolia do?It recalculates it every time you open the dashboard, without anyone having to update spreadsheets.
Declared
What is itA short list of what to check first: active alerts from your partners, partners who have not yet agreed to share their information, missing data.
what do you doYou open each point and attend to it in its tab.
What does Yolia do?Sort by priority so you don't have to search.
What is itA ranking of your farmers by number of formulas generated and a breakdown of cases by region.
AvailabilityIt is available in all cooperative packages.
What is it for?Detect who is advancing, who needs support and in which region the work is concentrated.

Your farmers, from registration to access

You sign up your partners, see who agreed to share their information, and manage their access, all from one place.
Your partners
what do you doCaptures name, email, country, region and the location of the crop on the map. Yolia creates the member account.
What does Yolia do?It generates a temporary password on a sheet ready to hand out and forces the farmer to change it as soon as they log in for the first time.
If the sheet is lostYou generate another emergency password; The previous one stops working.
Declared
What is itUpload multiple partners at once, instead of one by one.
What does Yolia do?It validates each line and tells you which ones were registered and which ones need correction.
What is itYour cooperative only sees a farmer's information if he or she agreed to share it. As long as you do not accept, it appears as pending.
What does Yolia do?It marks the status of each partner and does not show anything that has not been authorized.
PrivacyThe formula and its preparation are private to the farmer: the cooperative does not see them. The exact point of its cultivation is also not shown on the screen.
What can you doEdit your data, generate a new password, activate or suspend your access, unlink or delete it.
UnlinkThe farmer leaves your cooperative but keeps his account and his crops. You stop seeing their information and their access is no longer covered by your plan.
No accidentsA farmer does not lose his record due to separation.

Where is your cooperative

A map and a table with your partners, their crops and the surface area they cover, to see at a glance what you have and what remains to be recorded.
Map and coverage
What is itLocation of your partners and crops, with how many farmers, cases and hectares (or acres) are registered.
OriginEverything is declared by the member or the cooperative; Yolia does not estimate any area on its own.
PrivacyFor privacy, the panel does not show the exact point of the crop.
Declared
What is itHow many farmers plant each crop and what percentage of cases already have captured surface area.
What is it for?Know how complete your record is before making decisions with it.
what do you doYou define the regions or zones of your cooperative and assign each member to their own, by hand or with automatic assignment.
What does Yolia do?Use those regions for case breakdown and comparisons.
what do you doYou search for a partner by name or crop and download the table in CSV to work on it in your spreadsheet.
What does Yolia do?Export exactly what you see, with its area unit and currency configured.

Stockpiling and waste: this is where the product comes in

Every time a partner (or an external supplier) delivers harvest to you, it is saved as a batch with its number. Everything else takes the product from these lots.
in pilot
what do you doCatches partner, crop, quantity (in kilos, tons or pounds), date, quality and if the weight was measured by you.
What does Yolia do?Calculate what was received, what was lost, the percentage of loss and what is still available to sell.
OriginEach lot is marked as Measured (weighed in the collection) or Declared (the partner said it).
MeasuredDeclared
what do you doYou indicate which batch, at what stage it was lost, why, how much and if you weighed it or it is approximate.
What does Yolia do?It shows you where and why product is lost, and in which crops. It doesn't let you lose more than what's left in the lot.
HonestyThe loss that no one records does not appear: the percentage you see is a minimum, and Yolia tells you what part of the weight was weighed and what part was declared.
What is itA batch is not deleted: it is canceled with a reason and that reason remains in the chained log.
Why it mattersWhoever reviews the accounts can reconstruct what happened, without lines that disappear.
what do you doYou download your batches in CSV when you need to share them with your accountant or your auditor.

Orders: what they ask for, with their price

The order establishes crop, kilos and price per kilo. From there the delivery, collection and settlement come out, without writing anything again.
in pilot
what do you doYou register the customer (or choose “New customer” when creating the order).
What does Yolia do?It saves your order and collection history so you can see how much it owes you and since when.
what do you doYou put a commitment date and one or more lines with crop, quantity and price per kilo. Without a price it is not saved.
What does Yolia do?Compare the order against your stock and let you know if you are selling more than you have.
agreed priceIt is saved in the order and from there it is used to collect and settle; it is not recaptured.
what do you seeWhat stage is each order in: to be delivered, partial, collect or closed.
CancelYou can only cancel an order if it still has no deliveries or collections; If you already have them, the system prevents you from doing so.
what do you doDownload all your orders in CSV.

Deliveries: the product leaves the batches

Here the truck, the kilometers, the cost and how on time each delivery arrived are recorded.
in pilot
what do you doYou choose the order and leave the box checked so that Yolia takes the oldest batches first, or you choose the batches by hand.
What does Yolia do?Reserve the product: the reserved item no longer appears as available; If you cancel, go back to inventory.
Measured
what do you doYou write down vehicle, driver, kilometers and cost.
What does Yolia do?Calculate cost per kilo and per kilometer, and distribute the transportation between the partners in the settlement.
what do you doYou mark the delivery as completed, write down how many kilos the customer received, the delay in minutes and the reason (traffic, weather, breakdown...).
What does Yolia do?Calculate on-time deliveries and average delays.
RejectionsWhat the client rejects when receiving only becomes a waste in the “delivery” stage.

Collections and settlement to partners

Two things on one screen: what clients pay you and what each partner owes, with a printable receipt.
in pilot
what do you doYou record each charge against your order: method, amount and date.
What does Yolia do?It tells you how much you have left to collect and since when.
Measured
what do you doYou choose a period and the cooperative commission in percentage, review the preview and press Close settlement.
What Yolia calculatesEach partner is responsible for: kilos delivered × agreed price − transportation distributed per kilo − commission.
No duplicatesA delivery cannot be settled twice.
what do you doYou mark each partner as paid when you give them their money.
What does Yolia do?It keeps the status of each line (pending or paid) and leaves it in the log.
What is itA document ready to print or save as PDF with period, kilos, price, transportation, commission and net per member.
SHA-256 fingerprintEach settlement saves a fingerprint that appears on the receipt, to later verify that no one altered it.

Chain: the dashboard

You don't capture anything here. It is the view of everything together, from partners to collection, which requires your attention.
in pilot
what do you seeFrom partners to collection: how much arrived, how much was sold, how much was delivered, how much was collected and how much was settled.
OriginEach figure bears its stamp: Measured, Declared, Estimated or Assumed.
MeasuredDeclaredDear
What does it warnOverselling (you sell more than you have), stopped product (5 days or more), late deliveries and old charges.
FurthermoreIt also shows you the active agroclimatic alerts for the crops of the partners who agreed to share.
what do you seeOn-time deliveries, average delay, cost per kilo and per kilometer, and how much money each crop moves.
What is itA scenario to see the effect in money of reducing losses or improving deliveries.
How It WorksThe base comes from your data; You write the percentage of improvement. It is a hypothesis to decide, not a promise.
OriginThe percentages that you enter are marked as Assumption.
Assumption
What is itA switch that comes off. If you turn it on, your shrinkage numbers are added with those of other cooperatives for a regional overview.
Who decidesOnly you. The Government never sees your cooperative separately, nor your members, clients, prices or charges.
RegistrationEvery time you turn it on or off it stays in the log chained.

Chained log

A record of everything that happened, where each line is tied to the previous one. If someone alters or deletes one in the middle, it will be noticed.
Integrity
What is itEach important action: batch, shrink, order, delivery, collection, settlement, zone, data sharing changes and reports.
what do you doNothing: it registers itself.
what do you doYou press Verify when you want to verify that nothing was altered.
What does Yolia do?It checks the entire chain and tells you if it is intact or in which line it broke.
HonestyThe verification does not by itself detect the deletion of the last lines; That is why each receipt and each report also keeps its own SHA-256 fingerprint.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what cooperatives ask the most.

What almost everyone asks first

6 questions
AnswerNo. What you capture in storage is used by orders; The order sets the price used for collection and settlement. Each step takes its data from the previous one.
AnswerYes: each farmer has his or her own account and information. You register them, they decide if they share their data with the cooperative.
AnswerYes. The Basic package covers up to 25 farmers for US$99 per month.
AnswerCollection, orders, deliveries, collections and the chain view are in pilot: they are activated by cooperative. Write to us and we'll light them up for you.
AnswerNo. Yolia does not intermediate your sales or manage your money: you record the charges and calculate your own cooperative commission. Yolia is paid by subscription.
AnswerNot suddenly. You can start by stockpiling and download everything in CSV to continue working with your sheets while you get used to it.

who sees what

6 questions
AnswerOnly if you turn on “Share aggregated data”, and even then you never see your coop separately: you see mixed numbers from at least 3 coops.
AnswerOnly what the farmer agreed to share. Its formula and preparation are private, and the panel does not show the exact point of its cultivation.
AnswerEach action remains in a chained log: if someone alters or deletes a line in the middle, the verification marks it. Receipts and reports also save their own SHA-256 fingerprint.
AnswerThey are not deleted: they are canceled with a reason that is recorded.
AnswerEach figure is stamped: Measured, Reported, Estimated, Assumed, or “Data Missing” when there is not enough information to show a number.
AnswerYou unlink him: he keeps his account and his crops, and your cooperative stops seeing his information.

How much does it cost and what does it include?

4 questions
AnswerFrom US$99 per month (up to 25 farmers) to US$899 per month (up to 500). In Plans you see the complete table.
AnswerOnly the number of farmers you can link. The panel and its tools are the same in all of them.
AnswerYes. You choose your currency (ISO code) and your unit of area; The suggested values per country are only a starting point.
AnswerThe farmers you register from your panel are covered by your plan, with no separate charge for them. If a member disengages, they keep their account and crops, but their access is no longer covered by your plan.

Try first and grow in soil or substrate

9 questions
AnswerBecause each variety, climate and substrate responds differently. By applying it first to up to 3 plants in the batch you see the real effect before treating them all; It is especially important in high-value plants such as orchids, roses, tulips and WOW Flowers.
AnswerNo. There is no trial plan or extra charge: you contract the plan that covers your lot (minimum 10 plants; Resin & Trichomes, from 1 to 10) and apply first to up to 3 of those plants.
AnswerYolia is designed for plots of 10 plants or more: the engine calculates in reference blocks of 10 plants and thus monitoring with control plants is more useful. The exception is Resina & Trichomas Lab, which supports 1 to 10 plants. If you have less than 10 plants of another crop, you can explore for free in the Sandbox.
AnswerNo: it is a strong recommendation. You decide and you apply. Yolia explains how to do it and what to look for.
AnswerNo. Yolia is only for growing in soil or substrate. In water systems, contamination or excess reaches all plants in hours, and Yolia preparations are living things.
AnswerBecause the preparations use ferments, macerates and natural plant hormonal action substances. In the soil or substrate they are distributed and cushioned; in a circulating solution, no. Yolia also does not have a version validated for soilless systems.
AnswerYes, if it is a substrate with organic matter (for example coconut fiber with compost, peat with compost or bark). If the roots live only on water and dissolved nutrients, it is a soilless crop and Yolia is not for that system.
AnswerThe preparations use ingredients of natural origin, not synthetic chemicals. But natural doesn't mean risk-free: that's why we test first.
AnswerThese two rules also apply to your partners: the cultivation they register in Yolia must be in soil or substrate, and they should test before applying to their entire lot.
